the room had a small fold-out bed instead of a king. but the location was incredible! everything you need is a few blocks away. the concierge offered great tips for winter weather. breakfast options were excellent, too.

great location but minor breakfast issues
The location was incredible! A few blocks from everything you need, which made getting around easy. My family appreciated the concierge José, who provided tailored tips for our winter stay. The à la carte breakfast options were excellent too. however, it was a bit disappointing that it wasn't included. Everyone enjoyed the cozy vibe, and the entire family felt right at home.
Breakfast not included was an annoyance despite its great quality.

The Renaissance hotel provided a vibrant and modern atmosphere, ideal for a business traveler. My room was not only quiet but also comfortably designed with a cozy bed and tasteful decor. The rooftop terrace was a highlight, perfect for lunch or drinks after a long day. The staff was highly professional, efficiently assisting with all my needs.
Limited pool facilities.

The trendy design was great, but breakfast service was disappointingly slow.

The King Room was comfy and had great room service. The bed was really nice, but I felt like I was missing some extra coziness. Clean and tidy for sure, but it lacked that homey vibe. Plus, decent bathroom lighting, which was a plus.

missingWrote a review on Feb 29ideal locationeclectic dishesworn beddingcleanliness issueinconsistent toiletries
The location is ideal, with everything just blocks away, enhancing the convenience of exploring the area. However, the housekeeping left much to be desired, as the towels and bedding showed signs of wear, and cleanliness was an issue with a noticeable stain under the sink lever that remained unaddressed for four nights. While the breakfast a la carte options included eclectic British dishes, the inconsistency in supplying toiletries was disappointing, impacting the overall experience. Cleanliness and attention to detail need improvement to match the hotel’s otherwise vibrant and modern atmosphere.

The location was incredible, as everything we wanted to see was just a few blocks away. Our experience was brightened by José, the concierge, who offered us fantastic tips tailored to the weather. The breakfast, while not included, had excellent a la carte options. However, the restaurant could benefit from a few more international choices as our kids had limited options. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the convenience it provided.
